Pfizer Inc. and its German partner BioNTech SE’s vaccine becomes the first COVID-19 treatment in the world to get clinically approved. The vaccine created on grounds of messenger RNA was supported by the United Kingdom government and is likely to be flown into the market by next week.

According to Britan government statement, “The Britan Government has already accepted the recommendation from the Independent Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the vaccine has cleared its clinical trials and safety issues”.

“The vaccine will be made available across the UK from next week. The NHS has decades of experience in delivering large scale vaccination programmes and will begin putting their extensive preparations into action to provide care and support to all those eligible for vaccination," the statement added.

The approval of the vaccine in the UK can be regarded as a historic event against saving the human race from the coronavirus. The UK government has ordered 10 million doses, with countries like Japan, America and other countries following suit.
