Sikkim reported 155 daily positive cases taking the state’s cumulative count to 23392 cases, currently, active stand at 2308.
A total of 98 COVID-19 patients recovered today taking the state’s cumulative recovered cases to 20498. Likewise, The recovery rate to date stands at 88.6% and the Positivity rate at 16.6%. 03 deaths were reported, and the death toll stands at 324.
The East District recorded 64 new cases, the West District recorded 38, the South District recorded 53 and the north district recorded no new cases.
A total of 931 samples were tested, 279 samples through Rapid Antigen Test RAT out of which 78 tested Covid-19 positive. 05 samples through TRUNAT/ CBNAAT out of which no positive cases were reported and 647 through RT-PCR out of which 77tested positive
