Sikkim reported 151 daily positive cases taking the state’s cumulative count to 23080 cases, currently, active stand at 2320.
A total of 152 COVID-19 patients recovered today taking the state’s cumulative recovered cases to 20181. Likewise, The recovery rate to date stands at 88.4 % and the Positivity rate at 17.6 %. 01 death was reported, and the death toll stands at 319.
The East District recorded 92 new cases, the West District recorded 44, the South District recorded 112 and the north district recorded 06 new cases.
A total of 855 samples were tested, 385 samples through Rapid Antigen Test RAT, out of which 72 tested Covid-19 positive. 03 samples through TRUNAT/ CBNAAT out of which no positive case were reported and 467 through RT-PCR out of which 79 tested positive.
