The meeting was chaired by DC (South) Mr. M Bharani Kumar, ADC(South) Mr. Satyan Pradhan, ADC(DEV) Dr. C.P. Rai, CMO (South) Dr. D.C. Sharma, SDMs, BDOs and official of various line departments. Addressing the meeting, the DC (South) instructed various measures to be taken up to curb the spread of positive cases in the entire district. He said that strict measures need to be adopted by the official’s and other stakeholders. The DC also directed the officials to strictly implement the COVID-19 restrictions issued recently by the State Government which includes ban on socio-religious activities, issuing of fine for non- cooperation of Covid appropriate behaviour by the public, suspension on allocation of special pass except for police and health personnel and other Covid-19 limitation furnished by the State Government.
