A 28 year old man has been booked under section 03/04 of POCSO Act at Pakyong District for sexually assualting 15 year old girl.
As per the police report, the brother of 15 year old minor filed a written complaint at the police station stating that his 15 year old sister was raped by a 28 year old man.
“A written complaint from the elder brother of the minor girl stating that his sister (name undisclosed) aged 15 years was raped on September 18 by one (name undisclosed) resident of Pakyong District,”the police report read.
The accused 28 year old has been arrested and booked under 03/04 of POCSO Act, as the due investigation pursues.
